Delete your account
You can delete your FaveMark account, and everything in it, from inside the app. This page explains how, and what happens — and gives you a way to ask us if you no longer have the app installed.
From inside the app
- Open FaveMark and tap the settings icon on the home screen.
- The Account section is at the top. Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete everything.
We ask for your password because a phone in someone else's hands is already signed in to your account. Typing it is the step that makes this deliberate.
What gets deleted
Everything, immediately and permanently: your photos and every version of them we derived, your notes, ratings, comments and tags, the places you saved, your assistant conversations, your settings, and the account itself. You are signed out on every device. There is no waiting period and nothing is kept in reserve — we cannot restore an account after this, so please be sure.
Two honest caveats, the same ones the privacy policy makes. Nightly backup copies age out on their own, so something deleted today can survive in one for roughly two weeks. And anything already sent to a company that helped process it — the AI providers named in the policy — is governed by their retention rules, not ours; deleting here does not reach into their systems.
Your email address is released, so you can sign up again later with the same one. It will be a new, empty account.
If you no longer have the app
Write to privacy@favemark.app from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm when it is done. Reinstalling and using the steps above is faster, and it does not require you to wait on us.
